柱塞泵的泵油機構(gòu)包括兩套精密偶件:柱塞(plunger)+柱塞套(barrel)構(gòu)成柱塞偶件(plunger and barrel assembly)(圖5-11)、出油閥(delivery valve)和出油閥座(delivery valve seat)構(gòu)成出油閥偶件(delivery valve assembly
柱塞和柱塞套是一對精密偶件,經(jīng)配對研磨后不能互換,要求有高的精度和光潔度和好的耐磨性,其徑向間隙為0.002~0.003mm
柱塞頭部圓柱面上切有斜槽,并通過徑向孔、軸向孔與頂部相通,其目的是改變循環(huán)供油量;柱塞套上制有進、回油孔,均與泵上體內(nèi)低壓油腔相通,柱塞套裝入泵上體后,應(yīng)用定位螺釘定位。
概述:
PVPC 是高壓、低噪音的變量軸向柱塞泵,適用于液壓油或具有相同潤滑特性的合成液。SAE J 744 安裝法蘭和軸。
PVPC 型變量軸向柱塞泵可帶有*的電液比例控制形式:
- 開環(huán)壓力控制;
- 負(fù)載敏感流量控制;
- P/Q 控制,用于開環(huán)或閉環(huán)的壓力和流量的控制。

液壓站是獨立的液壓裝置,它按驅(qū)動裝置(主機)要求供油,并控制油流的方向、壓力和流量,它適用于主機與液壓裝置可分離的各種液壓機械下,由電機帶動油泵旋轉(zhuǎn),泵從油箱中吸油后打油,將機械能轉(zhuǎn)化為液壓油的壓力能。
